It was truly an excellent stay for my business trip, the hotel exceeded all expectations. The restaurant here was nice at the ground floor of the property, I both ordered amazing dishes.

Hospitable staff, it was really comfortable stay.
Everything was simply excellent. Perfect hotel in a nice and perfect location to the beautiful convention center, thoroughly enjoyed this place. My recently refurbished and reasonably large room had an electronic key card, coffee/tea making facilities, and a work desk. The breakfast was amazing, had a lot of food.

The rooms are excellent. Very modern and clean. The staff are attentive to needs.
The summer rate for this hotel is good and should be the normal rate for the year. The restaurants are extremely overpriced. I would not even expect the pay the same in Dubai with Alcoholic beverages…nearly 300SR per person for dinner….with water.

The location is perfect, close to restaurants like
Glob and Mamo. The butlers were attentive, and the customer service stood out when they surprised me with tea and cookies. The spa treatment, while good, was pricier than expected.

The hotel interior is not that good for a 5 star hotel. Staff are pushy. Sheets were not new. the overall atmosphere wasn't very comfortable.

The service from the butler was very good, he ironed the suit overnight and so I was able to use it again in the morning due to a lost suitcase, the housekeeping is also very professional.
The breakfast buffet is only average, 2 years ago it was excellent. Very bad and damaging to the good reputation is that a restaurant could advertise on the lawns, so the hotel was difficult to reach. The noise until 12.00 at night does not correspond to a 5 star hotel

Fabulous Hotel. I liked the spacious room. The Car Valet staff and Bellboys were very friendly.
Always the lobby seats were occupied so that almost it was very difficult for guests to have a seat when checking in/out. My family had to keep standing more than once due to lack of seats.

When I booked my room I mentioned that I was coming for my honeymoon and they didnt decorate the room till I came. They requested that I vacat the room for an hour so they can decorate it. Their romantic decoration wasn't very good.

it's one of the famous hotels in Riyadh, with good shopping mall, and the restaurant is great (entercote)
the staff, not helping at all. the receptionist keep asking for silly things till the manager came and helped. although the safety box in this 5 stars hotel wasn't working. and took more an hour to find out who is going to fix it. and then it took another 30 mins to fix it. and after that the technician said i can't fix this part i need the duty manager to attend :s .... really disappointed.

This hotel was a great match for a speedy visit in Riyadh with excellent value-to-price ratio. Room service was efficient, delivering food faster than any other place I've stayed. Don't forget to check if you need extra plugs by the bed for your devices.
